I would have liked to know that this was more like a mountain refuge than a room

The location was good. The view was also nice.

- There was no hot water. The first time we tried to have a shower the water was lukewarm to cold but we figured it was possibly the time that everyone was using it. The next day we tried again and this time it was freezing cold. We were trying for at least half an hour until we called the host who sounded surprised. She asked someone to turn on the boiler but until it was ready we had already wasted 2 hours of our day. The third day we came back late from Pozar baths (1am) and were trying again until we called the host again at 1:30 and weren’t able to shower until 2ish. She eventually told us how to turn on the boiler ourselves but I’m surprised how she hasn’t been aware of that the whole season. All in all having a shower became the hardest part of our day and is completely unacceptable. - We were only given 2 toilet rolls and one set of towels and shampoo each for 4 nights. I was not expecting cleaning service everyday (although it happens at other places with the same price) but having enough toilet roll is just the bare minimum. When we called to ask for more, the host could not help us immediately and since we sensed her discomfort we asked that the next day would be fine. She asked how many toilet rolls we need and how many towels. If it was me and a guest asked about these stuff I would be ashamed and I’d bring them more than they’d need instead of asking if they need 1 or 2. - There was only one plug we could use in the room in the kitchen counter. The other plug was between the door and the window so you couldn’t use it to charge a device. Even the worst of places have plugs by the bed. - There was no hairdryer (this was a place near the baths, a winter destination) - The hostess was not there. We were supposed to call her for any issues but all the times we called she wasn’t available and from what she said/her tone she had to ask others to do what needed to be done and we felt that we were an inconvenience.

Not recommended property

The room that was rented was supposed to be a studio 25 square meters. The room given was not even 10. They did not give Internet passcode, and provided towels only for 1 person. About parking did not inform where to park and had to leave car on the road. Finally due to these issues we stayed one day less than programmed and they promised to take it out of payment. They did not and took all the money. Be careful with this property !!! Not recommended at all !!
