Nice small pavilion located on the edge of a village. Very nice view at the backside. Barely no car traffic. Good starting point to visit Hastings, London or Canterbury. We enjoyed the calm.
The pavilion was not really clean. Bathroom and kitchen are functional but can use some upgrades.
Wifi was poor and communication with owner a bit slow. But nothing major.

The cottage’s in perfect location. You can enjoy the walks. The garden is big and secure-perfect for us because we have a dog. You can enjoy the silence, you can relax in the garden. No people around. Lots of walks. We would love to come back!
The reception was no good. Bed a little bit hard for my liking. Kitchen cabinets could be more clean. No tea towels. The host left us some kitchen products and bathroom cosmetics which was bery nice.
