Full of light, the kitchen and conservatory have easy access to a newly designed garden with patio, lawn and decking area. Ideally located in the sought-after area of The Moor (easy walk to local pub) in the popular village of Hawkhurst (Tesco’s and Waitrose) - convenient for exploring the beautiful Weald of Kent (private car parking to side of property).

Managed by an experienced Premier/Superhost (12 years & 250+ reviews), Tree Tops is your ‘home from home’ for stays whether you are visiting family/friends, on holiday touring Kent, relocating, or on business, it is the ideal base.

Entrance hall with cloakroom, a new fully fitted modern kitchen/dining with breakfast bar & conservatory, and access to a fully enclosed sunny garden with patio, lawn and decking area, with outdoor furniture, including an adjustable table for outdoor dining or lounging.
Cosy sitting room with tv area and a dedicated workspace area with hi speed wi-fi.
There are three bedrooms upstairs sleeping between 4 to 6 people, one king size bed room, with an ensuite shower room/wc, and a further two smaller double bedrooms. Separate bathroom with bath/wc. Additionally there is a Jay-Be single bed stored downstairs for guests use.

Located on a quiet road, 300m from a popular local pub/restaurant, off the village green and playing fields/playground in the historic part of the village.
Hawkhurst Fish Farm for fishing, Bedgebury Pinetum for walking/cycling, Bewl Water for walking/cycling/aqua park, Bodiam Boating for water activities, Balfour, Chapel Down & smaller vineyards for wine tours/tasting, and Bodiam, Scotney & Sissinghurst Castles for National Trust places of interest, are all within a short drive.
The historic town of Tenterden with it's heritage and steam trains, the sandy beach at Camber Sands and the historic town of Rye are within all 15 miles.
The train station for visits to London ( in approx. one hour) by train is 4 miles distant.

A quiet, comfortable, light & airy environment, as well as for guests on holiday, it is an ideal property for relocation, between house moves, and for contractors or for insurance stays.
