The condo is nicely located to both the beach and central businesses, especially restaurants. And there is a market less than one block away. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. WiFi was available.
The free parking statement in the title is not true. There is no free parking. Unless you have the Park Mobile app on your phone, parking will be a challenge to find as residential streets are for residents only and you will be ticketed for parking the those zones. Use the app and park in the designated locations which are very close.

Very good value for money, and great location in north miami beach. Bedrooms are nice and dark too if you need them to be, so if you're out enjoying the late-night antics of Miami like I was then this is a big plus.
Could do with a bit more cooking equipment but overall the apartment was very well equipped with stuff for the beach and towels etc
Parking in the neighbourhood can be hard at nighttime when everyone is home, you might have to park further away, but during the day it's easy to find a spot in the residents only areas

Close to the beach
The advertisement of the property is misleading. There is NO FREE 24H PARKING. There is only free street parking on weekdays (Mon - Fri) from 8am to 6pm and the parking lot close by had free parking from 11pm to 8am. So on weekdays from 6pm to 11pm and on weekends you need to pay for parking. We only stayed on weekdays and were moving the car back and forth from parking lot to the street twice a day, which was annoying. The parking lot also had weird 4 hour max rule during the day, but we parked there for 5 hours straight without problems. I asked the property people to remove the ‘free parking’ from their listing title not to confuse people but they didn’t
