The location is incredible! Beautiful beach view. The accommodations need some updates to be done to the facility and the condominium. The check-in with the condo despite me sending the information was not updated. The elevators were not working so being on the 18th floor sometimes I had to take stairs and/or wait 15 minutes for the elevator. The overall stay was much needed and the location is perfect to everything. You can uber to South Beach. I truly enjoyed the stay.

The biggest highlight of this property is definitely the view and the location—they’re absolutely amazing and hard to beat. If that’s your top priority, you’ll really enjoy that aspect of the stay.That said, the unit itself needs significant attention. It could really benefit from a deep clean, as cleanliness was an issue during our stay. Several fixtures feel outdated and in need of repair or replacement. The TVs and remotes were missing backs, which made them inconvenient to use, and we also encountered ants in the kitchen.This place truly has a lot of potential, but it needs better maintenance and upkeep to match the incredible setting. The valet service also needs better structure and organization. It felt a bit disorganized at times, which added unnecessary frustration to the stay.Thank you.
