Entire 2 bed home, North Shields, UK FREE parking

Good location and size of property was good.

Property dirty, couldn’t walk around without shoes as feet go black. No hot water for first 2 days and the landlord tried to get me to troubleshoot the boiler. Next day water leaking in kitchen from ceiling and owner tried to blame me when the property was falling apart. Dangerous as water falling on electrics.

The location gives easy access to town and coastal areas, Tesco near by and on street parking. Beds were comfy.

The house looks like its a rental that they've put on booking.com to earn out of it. The house is scabby. The decor and cleanliness is very poor, the condition of the property is terrible and not reflected on the photos. The house is staged with furniture but there's a tv which is clearly an old one as the colour is off, there's lamps without bulbs, there's a sofa which is a wooden box with foam and cushions on, the bottom oven didnt work, the boiler wasn't on so we had no hot water at first, there is expanding foam on the kitchen ceiling, the rubber in the door frames is deteriorating, the main bedroom door jams so bad thay I thought it had been locked from the outside, the fridge is in an old boiler cupboard, the carpet is threadbare and there are grippers sticking through the stairs carpet which my children caught themselves on, theres an old telephone wire hanging out of the front room window, dining room chairs are very worn, the bathroom is mouldy, and the house needed a deep clean. It is cheap, but being cheap doesn't excuse a lack of cleanliness or the defects above.

It was in a good location.

The property is in desperate need of repair, from badly worn hazardous carpets to light fixtures hanging off the wall. It is not as advertised in particular there is no private parking but rather on street parking. The bathroom is not 'modern' and is in need of an upgrade, it could also do with a thorough clean. There are many other added extras the property could add such as tea towels in the kitchen, more items in the kitchen for cooking, extra pillowcases for the extra pillows, a fire extinguisher, an iron and hairdryer. This is to name a few. I would not recommend this property.

The location was fit for purpose, the house itself was down right dirty and grubby, the beds were old and made lots of noise the slightest movement was met with loud creaks, there was no WIFI as advertised, the television in the living room didn't work (no channels), there were left over bits of food in the house discarded biscuits and pretzels in the living room. the back garden was an overgrown mess broken plant pots scattered around.

Beds uncomfortable and noisy, Tv didn't work, couches hard as rocks, cleanliness? what Cleanliness and No WIFI as advertised.

Decor and location

Crumbs under the bed. Bathroom tap not right one minute cold next minute hot.

Helpful staff when I had difficulty finding the address. Very spacious and clean.

Would have liked a few more items kitchen equipment.

Needs bigger comfier sofas...decor and bit tired but it looks under refurbishment so can get better

Location was good, beds clean , parking available

No forks or spoons, carpet stuck with tape ( trip hazard), lounge flooring sticky, clothes left on radiator, empty can left behind, sharp carpet grippers on top stairs exposed, no plug in bathroom sink, ants everywhere down stairs.
