Easy to acces, with big spaces and two bathroom. Smart things to make the place covered in natural light. Its a quiet street with low traffic. Central location. Good value for the money.
The property is very used, some things are broken and the walls need a paint, and some of the lights a new blub.

Apartment is located near the city centrum.
Bathroom and kitchen are just horrible. Everything is dirty, nobody cleaned that apartment for long time. Photos are not true.
