We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the historic old town and only a short walk from the city center. Despite being so central, the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat. As soon as we stepped through the large entrance door, all the noise and bustle of the city disappeared, and it was wonderfully quiet inside. The apartment itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well equipped. One of the highlights was the unique bathroom, which features a large built-in soaking tub that feels almost like a private mini pool or grotto – a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. Communication with the hosts was outstanding. They contacted us via WhatsApp before our arrival with helpful information and were always quick to respond to any questions. For example, when we were unsure how to operate the gas stove, we received an immediate and helpful reply. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, everything was excellent, and we would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the initial access process was a little more involved than expected, as it required opening multiple doors and using an app before collecting the key. Everything worked perfectly and the instructions were clear, but after a long journey it took a moment to get familiar with the process.

good location, big apartment, clean. furnished nicely. easy to communicate with hosts.

we couldn't control the temperature in the apartment (controlled remotely) and so we couldn't turn on the airconditioners . at the beginning we wanted air to air out the apartment. when we came back from a day in the rain, we were cold and would have liked more heat. (the hostess remotely raised the temp, but it was only for a short time). very little natural light which is disorienting (especially when you wake up), you can't tell if it's day or night ourside. clicker to turn on the stove was very hard to use.
