Horrible, l did not at the place, they made it difficult for me

I had a terrible experience here. After a long 800km drive with two kids below the age of 5, we reached the place in the evening, it was dark, the streets are not very clear and really small. We parked next to the road blocking other motorists and tried to reach out to the owner, their phone was ringing and not getting answered. I sent them a text message and they responded to me via whatsapp, requesting me to do an online check in and pay a deposit of €100, claiming it was on the ad. Please note l didnt see that note on the ad which states l should pay deposit, afterall booking.com clearly states that we should not be asked for money via whatsapp or outside the app, for me that was horrible, my kids where tired wanting to rest. The owner refused even to give us parking access while processing, we ended up leaving the place and our money was taken.

L'appartamento è carino e c'è tutto il necessario: prodotti d'igiene e café inclusi.

L'indirizzo indicato è errato. Ci siamo persi a più riprese per arrivare. Le informazioni ci sono state trasmesse tardivamente e dopo aver pagato una tassa di soggiorno spropositata e la cauzione - che è stata incassata preventivamente. Il rimborso di questa somma prelevata ingiustamente avviene solo dopo averne fatto esplicitamente la domanda, non mi sembra una procedura normale. L'accesso all'abitazione è difficile, sia a piedi che in macchina. Abbiamo dovuto trasmettere delle nostre immagini al proprietario che, invece, non abbiamo mai visto. Nel complesso ho trovato la procedura anomala e fastidiosa. Sicuramente poco accogliente.

la presenza di acqua in frigo e la possibilità di farsi un caffè al mattino

le troppe comunicazioni da booking e da altre mail per le indicazioni, per i documenti etc. Nessuno ha parlato di caparra (scritto piccolissimo e non evidenziato in fondo alla pagina Bookong.com,che ho dovuto versare 15 minuti prima di arrivare all'alloggio nonostante le mie telefonate nei giorni precedenti per sapere se fosse tutto ok. Cinque video per arrivare a destinazione, tutti girati di giorno mentre noi siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio, con un buio pesto, la strada interrotta per lavori con doppio senso di circolazione. Difficilissimo riconoscere i luoghi al buio. Nessuna comunicazioni sul percorso in salita e sulle scale da fare per raggiungere l'appartamento con valigie e un bimbo in braccio. Per capire il pin da digitare sul box e prendere le chiavi abbiamo dovuto riguardare il video 4 volte. Non era più facile la presenza di un host in carne e ossa?

Um in die Unterkunft über eine Schrank Zutritt zu erhalten mussten wir 100€ Kaution zahlen. Die Kaution haben wir nicht wieder bekommen. Der Host reagiert nicht auf Kontakt Aufnahme. Es handelt sich hier um Betrug.

Hice el trámite por Booking, pagué la reserva, y el encargado Luca me dió una dirección distinta y que no tenía parking cerca, al no ser lo acordado y por lo que pagué, no fui a esa otra dirección, después me pasó por Whatsapp otras direcciones, Pero al estar con mi familia y mi nieta de 8 años y con equipaje, busqué otro lugar más serio y con parking cómodo y fui para ahí... lastima lo que pagué, Pero no me pareció ni serio ni responsable lo que ofreció Luca. Una pena que pasen éstas cosas. Por suerte tengo respaldado los msj de WhatsApp. Estuve esperando en la dirección que me pasó Booking,Pero fue en vano. No llegue a conocer ...ver si el apto era el mismo de las fotos de Booking.

Pulito e in ordine ma difficile da raggiungere

La casa era molto pulita. La proprietaria educata e molto dolce

Le informazioni ti arrivano il giorno stesso, quando non si ha modo di disdire e scopri che la casa è su una collina, la strada molto irta e stretta, se non si ha un suv si fa fatica. L’appartamento non é bello come le foto ed è ricavato all’interno di una casa famigliare. i lavori di ristrutturazione eseguiti sono funzionali ma non a regola d’arte. Lo scarico dell’aria condizionata finisce nella doccia. La tv in camera è messa su con delle staffe… Abbiamo deciso di rimanere per timore di non vedere restituito l’importo speso e i 250€ di caparra, ma onestamente non mi sento di consigliarlo, solo per la poca chiarezza e la scomodità nel raggiungerlo

A fuir totalement, hôte et lieu indigne !

Rien, tout est à fuir ! Nous avons attendu 45 minutes avant que l’hôte nous réponde après avoir exigé un dépôt de garantie ! Une première en 8 ans d’utilisation de booking !!

Après 13 jours passés en Italie où tout s’est formidablement bien passé avec les 11 autres chambres réservées par booking, je me suis retrouvé avec ma femme et ma fille, bloqué dans une cité digne d’une favéla pendant 45 minutes jusqu’à ce que l’hôte réponde qu’il nous donnerait l’adresse qu’en ayant eu le paiement d’un dépôt de garantie (qui n’est pas toujours remboursé à 100% sans explication comme l’atteste d’autres commentaires).

Accès difficile en pente dur et très serré, surtout venez avec un embrayage neuf ! Le soir même gros orage avec coupure l'électricité même si le propriétaire n'y est pour rien, par contre coupure d'eau jusqu'à notre départ 9h45 ou nous n'avons pas pu nous laver ni WC . Nous avons demandé un geste commercial qui nous a était refuser par le propriétaire avec les preuves en vidéo. Mauvaise expérience de ce lieu , à fuir.

Tutto molto bene

È stato semplicissimo raggiungere la struttura, grazie alle precise indicazioni ricevute dal nostro host prima del nostro arrivo. L’appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla ed è davvero ben attrezzato: troverete davvero tutto il necessario (utensili, stoviglie, detersivi ecc.) e anche qualche coccola in più (caffè, tè, acqua fresca, ma anche creme corpo, rasoi ecc.).

Accès pas facile. Devoir payer 250 euros de caution pour accéder au logement. Devoir attendre 15 jours et relancer pour le remboursement .Prélèvement de 6,8 euros de frais de gestion déduits sur la caution. Rédhibitoire pour moi.

Pocas cosas, la reforma es tercermundista... Hay sitios mucho mejores y con mejores instalaciones...

El trato fue pesimo por parte del anfitrión. Después de pagar sin devolución, te piden que hagas un chekin por un link imposible de rellenar los datos personales...y después te piden una fianza de 250€ que aunque no rompas nada te quitan 6€ por que ellos quieren... Hacer el chekin nos supuso 1,5 horas y solo te atienden en ingles y por wasap...no te ayudan en nada. Y encima no puedes cancelar la reserva porque si no se quedan con todo el dinero... Yo no te lo recomiendo, habiendo más sitios donde poderte alojar...no son amables.

Impossible de joindre au téléphone le contact de la location Suite à une maladie de dernière minute nous n'étions plus que 3 personnes au lieu de 4, le propriétaire ne voulait pas nous renseigné tant que le 4eme personne n'était pas enlevé de la réservation J'ai du appelé Booking. Très difficile de joindre et comprendre la personne au téléphone Puis le locataire nous a demandé via des liens suspects 250 euros de caution ce que booking ne m'avait jamais demandé auparavant. Nous ne nous sommes pas rendu à la location Nous avons pris un hôtel dans Gênes Location donc perdue...

Posteggio delle moto tranquillo, bella terrazza per un tranquillo relax, appartamenti pulito, ordinato con tutto gli accessori al suo posto

Procedura di check in laboriosa, difficile trovare il posto, cancello situato in fondo ad un'altra proprietà privata e non bene identificato. Fortunatamente un vicino ci ha indirizzati.. Non so cosa avremo combinato in sia assenza. Il mare si vede.. Da lontano ma si vede. Il luogo è molto decentrato rispetto alla città, non abbiamo trovato un taxi disponibile ad accompagnarci verso e dal centro città. Menomale che il bus fa corse fino a mezzanotte. Ma poi la salita a piedi è impegnativa..

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia dell'appartamento e l'attenzione a rifornirlo con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno

La strada per raggiungere l'alloggio è molto stretta, così come l'ingresso alla struttura e il parcheggio. Il terrazzo vista mare è una struttura di legno malamente arredata. Peccato perché, secondo me, potrebbe essere molto carino.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le logement donne l'impression d'être situé dans une favela : accès très difficile, voie extrêmement étroite et en pente raide, ce qui rend l'arrivée périlleuse, surtout avec une voiture qui peut facilement déraper. Le parking est quasi impraticable. De plus, une retenue de 5,80 € a été faite sur la caution de 250€, soi-disant pour des "frais de gestion", sans aucune explication. Depuis, plus aucune réponse du propriétaire sur WhatsApp malgré mes relances. Je déconseille fortement.

Nada, todo una estafa, ubicación no concuerda, pagas un importe en web y te siguen llegando enlaces para pagar más y cuando llegas a la supuesta ubicación te piden 250€ más, pedimos reembolso y no nos lo hicieron. Nos sentimos engañados
