Emplacement idéal SECURISE T2 Cosy Perpignan

Très bon emplacement proche du centre. L'accès aux plages et à l'autoroute est rapide. L'arpartement est confortable, et équipé correctement. Beaucoup de rangements

Nous n'avons pas trouvé le local poubelle et la connexion aux chaînes tf1, France 2 et France 3 n'était pas possible. Manque patères dans la sdb et il faudrait changer les casseroles car malgré un nettoyage soigné elles restaient grasses.

The location is good, close to the city center. Grocery, shopping and eating options are all close by. The building is clean with nice modern renovated entrance. The apartment is spacey. Although it is located at a busy street, the bedroom is quiet and cozy. We really appreciate the fact that pets are allowed!

Living room furniture and kitchenware are worn out and not so clean. It is a shame as the apartment seem to be renovated recently, including the bathroom just as the building itself, a little more care on the details would make it nicer. We could not find the kettle and were informed by the host that there is none and that we should use the microwave. We find this quite odd but I guess we missed that information on booking.com as the host said he stated this on his post. All of the pans were scratched so we had to buy one for ourselves (and left it for future visitors along with a tea pot) and the cutlery drawers were dirty inside. If you are planning to cook a lot during your stay, you might struggle a bit with not so well equipped kitchen. There were missing towels which were provided by the host the same day, it is a plus that he lives in the same building! The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator and the stairs are really steep and tiring, take that into account if you have kids or heavy luggage with you! Getting into the apartment was very easy but the instructions we got from the host was a little too harsh with too many warnings, making it a little unwelcoming even though we understand the host suffered from previous guests ruining the lock box etc. We are thankful for the host for sharing this apartment with us.

Muy acogedor , lindo y limpio , a 5 minutos del centro y 12 del tren , en una zona segura con restaurantes y supermercados cerca .

Todo genial . Solo Me hubiese gustado una manta para estar en el sofá.
