Villa Iena 4 étoiles - Centre Ville Perpignan

Just 100 metres from the canal. Less than 10 mins into the old town on foot. Big, spacious and light apartment. Very comfortable for a longer stay. Good air conditioning as it was a heatwave when there and always a relief to get home after sightseeing. They left us water and wine in the fridge. We stayed six nights. It’s a beautiful and well furnished property.

The shower over bath arrangement was just OK. It I’m 6 foot so a little awkward as the shower head wasn’t adjustable.

Fabulous apartment a short walk from the train station . Every aspect of our stay was amazing. The apartment has been beautifully preserved while being being updated with modern touches . Absolutely gorgeous. The host was superb . On hand for any questions but not imposing . Would definitely stay again .

Der Billiardtisch war natürlich einmalig - jeden Tag wurden wir besser darin. Die Wohnung war aber insgesamt einfach unglaublich großzügig, geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet: viel Platz, viele Lampen, großes Bad - wie, um sie persönlich zu benutzen. Die vielen kleinen liebevollen Details: dass die Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer an war, als wir verspätet und müde endlich ankamen, das Nachtlicht im Bad, so dass ich nachts nicht erst den Lichtschalter suchen musste, dass Sofa mit elektrischer Relaxfunktion im Wohnzimmer, das ebenso entzückende, wie praktische und bequeme Sofachen in der Eingangshalle zum Schuhe anziehen, die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer haben gut verdunkelt, es gab Bücher und Spiele, Spielzeug für Kleinkinder … wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war hell und ruhig, trotz der Lage im Erdgeschoss. Und fußläufig waren sowohl der Bahnhof, als auch das Zentrum, bequem erreichbar.

Ein Duschvorhang fehlte - aber er hätte auch einfach nicht ins Design gepasst.

Big and bright apartment with all facilities. One of the best I have stayed in. Heating was good eventhough it was cold January weather. And the host was friendly and responded quickly.
