1) Newness and cleanliness
2) Hot water comes out extremely hot. Great but that’s heavy on your water and electricity bills

It was a beautiful room, just wish the place also provided some toiletries. There was also no iron for our clothes. The staff was friendly.
There no Shower gels or bathing toiletries.

The room and the place was comfortable and the staff were super welcoming. They could add ironing area, and more coffee
