Dcondo is next to the mall2

Большой кондо с большим бассейном во дворе. Удобная парковка и свободные места всегда были. В номере было чисто! Персонал очень отзывчивый и любезный. Мию помогала во всём, что мы просили. На кухне было почти всё необходимое, чтобы готовить (не хватало правда разных мелочей: чайных ложечек, губки для мытья, тряпки для протирания и т.д., пришлось это всё покупать). Есть стиральная машина, но сушилка на балконе маловата (но там и балкон маленький). Главным плюсом - это расположение кондо. Рядом есть всё - в шаговой доступности торговый центр, Севен элевен; на машине в 3-4 минутах Лотус и Биг-С.

Кондиционер был старый, шумный и направленный на кровать. На мой взгляд надо поменять местами кровать со шкафом. Сама кровать по ширине маленькая для двоих взрослых и матрас не удобный, наверное сильно пружинный (движение одного партнёра сильно трясут второго партнёра). И главный минус оказался - не безопасные крючки для полотенец. Один такой крючок висит на кухне на двери. Он железный и острый. Моя жена сильно порезала себе плечо.

Dcondocis within close proximity ro the mall, grocery store and night market.

Very clean and tidy. Good aircon. Handy having a kitchen and washing machine. Very safe with sequerity on car park. Place for grab food to be left downstairs. No noise from other rooms.

Wouldnt give check in procedure, so arrived and sat waiting for replies. Then got told they couldnt contact staff and explained how to let ourselves in. We were told when using the gym not to mention our booking. We though this was strange and then noticed the sign at the entrance (in photos), saying short term stays here actually breaks thai laws. When we expressed our concern, it was brushed off saying any fines would be her problem and we could cancel the stay if uncomfortable. (messages in photos). This shows she is knowing breaking the law and we felt her response very cold. Because of this we didnt feel we could use any of the facilities. Bed is very hard and pillows very thin. States it has balcony, which in reality in only enough space for the washing machine. Not comfortable walking distance to the centre so need bike or grab.
