the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very quiet as night, the bed was soft and the bathroom was decent; shower pressure was good, there was onsite food to order, a store with snacks and beer.
the location was kinda far from the action of chiang mai, had to take a grab to get into downtown, about a 5 minute drive, not too many options around for reasturants.

owners are always available for you, super helpful, hard working, great problem solving ability. spacious room with good layout of tables, desk, extra chairs, ... owner can cook meals for you, lots of food on site, create your smoothies anytime!

not a lot really was all positive was a little out the way of centre but preferred being out the way of the hustle and bustle
