The room was great. Staff lovely. Comfy bed. Everything taken care of.
The photos don’t show that outs on a busy road so there’s a bit of traffic noise but it wasn’t disturbing.

Zensala Riverpark – what can I say? It was simply wonderful. I relaxed from the very first second. A great place away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet with a beautiful view across the Ping River to the surrounding greenery.
The hotel is not far from the city at all. You can easily reach everything by taxi (Grab). A 7-Eleven is just a few minutes' walk away. There are also nice cafes and restaurants all around.
My room was very spacious with plenty of storage. Everything was very well-maintained and tidy. Fresh water was provided daily. There was also a very reliable safe, which is rare for me in Thailand.
The terrace with direct pool access was a highlight!
The hotel staff were always very helpful and courteous. They helped me rent a scooter. Everything went smoothly.
And the best part was the food! I've been to many restaurants in Chiang Mai, but nowhere has it tasted as good as at 168 River Café. I highly recommend the salmon with spinach and lemon butter and the fettuccine Alfredo. I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything.

Rooms were nice although some of the furniture could use some paint.
Nice and quiet atmosphere and friendly staff.
Breakfast was well organised
Too far from the centre and nothing really around. For food options you were therefore bound to the hotel unless you took a taxi. I ordered 4 times from the menu and on all occasions my choice was not available.
Also we upgraded to the loft suite, the best room by far and upon arrival were told that our 3rd night we had to move to the penthouse room which was actually a downgrade. So bad planning.
We used laundry service which took quite a while and part of our laundry came back unwashed
