Een mooi appartement met achterstallig onderhoud

Een prachtig appartement op korte afstand van het strand. Een lift die uitkomt in het apartment hoe chique kun je het hebben. Een mooi rode keuken, een ruim balkon een grote bank en een top televisie. Een plaatje.

Helaas was bij aankomst het app. Niet schoon, vies beddengoed,gebruikte handdoeken en stond er een wagentje met nat wasgoed. De host leverde geen oplossing anders dan dat er 2 dagen later iemand als nog kwam dweilen. Gelukkig vonden we in een la nog een set schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. De badkamer was vies ,op het plafond van de badkamer was er schimmel door slechte ventilatie. Een defect rolluik in de huiskamer en kleine slaapkamer en na het vervangen van de batterijen van de afstand bediening kon ook het rolluik in de slaapkamer open. Een prima velux dak raam met kier stand om te ventileren. Helaas weet de beheerder niet hoe een velux raam werkt en nu krijgen wij de borg niet terug omdat zij het raam niet van de borgpen krijgt ( ik heb uitgelegd hoe het werkt en aangeboden langs te komen om het te laten zien toen in nog in Spanje was.) heel jammer dat het appartement veel achterstallig onderhoud heeft.

Buen apartamento, pero no cuidan los detalles

La ubicacion es perfecta muy cerca de la playa, tiene aire acondicionado en las estancias principales, salon-cocina amplio.

Piden una fianza que considero elevada, la cama es demasiado baja, por lo tanto incomoda para sentarte y levantarte, el tostador no funciona y salta el automatico de la luz, para lavar los platos había sólo un resto de detergente con agua.

Una ubicación genial, la terraza grande, moderno y bonito.

Había pocos vasos,solo hay un espejo el del baño, no tiene microondas es raro. La cama del dormitorio pequeño suena mucho. Y para mí gusto las almohadas blandas.

Complicado el aparcar cerca, aunque hay un parquin municipal gestionado por asociación a dos calles. Mucho polvo en mueble de televisor y habitación por poner alguna pega, nada que un trapo de madre no resuelva
