Close to Woodbridge town centre, and the river, the cottage is easy to find. Communication was good, we let Jewson’s know we were in their car park. Very comfortable seating, great use of space throughout. Kitchen is well equipped, even dog bowls and treats are provided. We enjoyed afternoon tea in the back yard. Very little noise overnight. Perfect for visiting Sutton Hoo and Aldeburgh.
The very narrow staircase was a challenge, there are steps down into the kitchen, and the back door sill kept tripping us up.

The house was set up very well, especially the kitchen as it had a small breakfast bar that had a been laid out already. The extras provided were excellent for humans and dogs. The outside furniture was comfy and plentiful. The decor was tasteful and well presented.
Parking was a problem, the house is on a street and there is no allocated space. The stairs are very very steep and narrow, you needed to climb up on tiptoes! The property was let down mostly by the bed. It was too small and as the room sloped, you fell out one side. It did not fit 2 people comfortably.
