Very spacious and clean. No trouble outside or in the building as I was alittle worried due to having young kids but it’s a brilliant area for younger kids and families. Will be booking again

Would have loved if we were left with a non alcoholic drink as there was left a wine bottle as a welcome gift and a few cans of alcholic drinks and considering you were accommodating a family with young kids there should have been some soft drinks instead.

The location was good the neighbourhood was mostly quiet there is a Wesfield Shopping Centre just 20 mins away via walk from the location. An abundance of small groceries and little places to eat. Transportation access was pretty good local bus stop and metro entrance was also near. The actual place is nice, good interior good kitchen good rooms, has a nice rooftop, The apartment admin chat was ok, some days they will respond quick and of good speed sometimes they will take forever to reply. Although they did respond which mattered.

before you get to this location you might want to ask the admin chat where certain things are such as where to put the garbage bins and where the washing machine is. The power generator in the building kept turning on and off so our lights and appliances would stop working for a few minutes some of our guests had to shower in the dark with a flashlight. The meat that we had bought to eat had gone off because the fridge kept turning on and off. Due to the electricity not working properly the WIFI was also turning on and off which also upset some of our guest. Be prepared to buy essentials and make sure you ask the hosts what they CAN provide (dishwasher tablets and detergent oil to cook etc) as not much is provided. The sliding glass doors in the shower are faulty I was showering and when I opened the glass door to get out and as soon as it stopped on the metal bar it broke, and I my whole back and calves and feet was bloody and injured as the tiny shards of glass fell on my back. The cleaning team that was sent did cleaned up but not thoroughly as there were still shards of glass. The GYM that is advertised we never got to actually use as the digital key card we were given was faulty despite the admin team attempting to update it. The admin team also told us they would deliver it in the evening, but no one actually came. in the end we just never bothered with it. Also, the digital keycards were also quite faulty as the other guests lost access to their own key cards during our stay. Not sure if the building has an alarm some people kicked the front apartment door one morning and there was no alarm of anything, we just saw that the door was broken into when we were about to leave. Im not sure if the actual apartment doors had alarms which is a concern for safety. The actual main office is 43 mins away via public transport away, which to me is an inconvenience because that is quite far and if an emergency happens there is no one to help straight away.
