Superflat near beach 15' center

With the directions given by the host, it was very easy to find the property. I collected the key from a nearby bar. Nice quiet area with supermarket, cafes, bars etc. Right by the tram and train stop so it wad super easy to get to the city and primavera festival. All 6 of us were very comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the facilities were helpful. Full kitchen available, nice balcony, living space with smart tv and comfortable seating. It looks exactly like the photos. Would absolutely stay again!

The only things I would say are the shower is a little tricky, took a little playing around to figure out how to control the temperature. Also one of the chairs on the balcony is broken, one of us sat on it and it collapsed. The front door was also tricky to unlock so it may need to be looked at.

The decor was good, beds were comfy, location very convenient and quick access to Barcelona centre. Plenty of plates, cups etc. Washing machine with quick cycle. Small balcony to hung clothes with a dryer as well. Host was great.

Some furniture, are getting tatty specially the bathroom cabinet and some of the lights on the corridor. Nothing serious but can be improved. If you are a light sleeper you may struggle in the master bedroom as some people in the street wete drunk and loud most nights.

Jó tömegközlekedés, kávézó szemben, erkély, szép képek a falon, felszereltség jó, van fűtés.

Nagyon koszosak a falak, a zuhanyzóban szükséges lenne egy lefolyótisztítás, nehezen ment le a víz, a képek alapján nem derült ki, hogy a két kis szobában nincs rendes ablak, a hangszigetelés borzasztó, a kisszobában az ágyak recsegnek minden mozdulatra és kényelmetlenek, hangos szomszédok, klíma poros. Ezek miatt a pihenés teljességgel lehetetlen. A tulaj csak egy héttel az érkezés előtt jelentkezett, hiába írtam üzenetet.
