The property has everything that one needs from a flat. It has all the amenities in the kitchen and the bathroom.
The property is at a quiet location. There are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity of the property.
The ceiling fan in my room was very slow. The owner was informed and the fan was replaced the next day.
The listing mentions air-conditioning but it has only 1 air-conditioner in the hall which is too little for a summer stay.
The location is a bit far from major attractions. I will suggest keeping this in mind while booking the property.

房间很干净，晚上很安静。周边是sant adria的生活区，很适合闲逛散步，楼下就有一个中国人开的餐厅，价格和味道都挺不错的。地方海滩也比较近，出行方便
有时候洗澡的热水会突然变冷

Everything was fine and comfortable in the apartment. Metro is 5,8 mins walking. That was very convenient!
Some water would be nice in the fridge. All was good!
