15 min en metro a Sagrada Familia

Estava molt ben equipat

Les parets primes pel que si els veins parlen a la nit s’escolta tot

Como campamento base, solo para dormir, muy bien, comodo, fresco y limpio. Bien comunicado.

Todo correcto

The property has everything that one needs from a flat. It has all the amenities in the kitchen and the bathroom. The property is at a quiet location. There are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity of the property. The ceiling fan in my room was very slow. The owner was informed and the fan was replaced the next day.

The listing mentions air-conditioning but it has only 1 air-conditioner in the hall which is too little for a summer stay. The location is a bit far from major attractions. I will suggest keeping this in mind while booking the property.

The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable, there is a lift to the upper floors. There is air conditioning in the living room but not in the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms had ceiling fans which were good when they were on but it appeared that the light needed to be on in order for the fan to work, so this wasn't ideal for sleeping. The host was very good at messaging and supplied lots of additional information.

Lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms meant that we didn't sleep very well at all. Before we arrived, we received a message from host to advise that the keys needed to be collected from a nearby bar. We decided to find the apartment first only to discover that the bar that we had to go to to collect the keys was a 6 minute walk away and that we could have collected it on our way from the Metro station. So, if you are arriving from the Metro, go to the bar and collect the keys before you go to find the apartment. Maybe the host would consider adding that point to their messaging?
