located in a quiet soi only 100 metres to great food - eg. Pailin & 7Grill and numerous live music venues.
Friendly staff.
Electric jug, snacks and cold drink fridge on honesty basis in entry foyer.
soft fragrant towels and linen.
typical hard Thai bed however soft pillow.
Large fridge with 2 large glass bottles of water daily.
overhead light and switch above bed.
downside......
only PowerPoint is under table on wall opposite bed. ❌
Other minor things ...
Breakfast - Basic choice of a Thai based soup thingy or bread ( is a toaster ), a deep fried batter along with margarine, marmalade and jam.
Hot water shower is by pressurised pump that cycles so expect fluctuating supply flow and minor temperature change.
The 4' square outside balcony has nowhere to put your coffee mug on the 1/2 height concrete wall as security grill gap minimal.
I stayed 3 nights - a Sat, Sun & Monday.
Would I stay here again - Wouldn't bother looking elsewhere in town. 😁
I've had better and paid more for worse.
A budget overnight stay type venue that was 90% full all 3 nights.

Really nice people and a great breakfast but the room smelled like sewage the sink in the bathroom didn’t work and the bed was hard as a rock
