    A nice place to stay. Positives: Nice rooms, comfy bed, good shower, coffee shop & restaurant. Negatives: Not near the main bar/restaurant area in town, utterly stupidly designed swimming pool, staff (at rooftop bar) were friendly but a bit useless at times.

    Every time we come to the city to visit we stay here. Beautiful resort and scenery. Rooms are exquisite and modern.

    Spacious and clean room. But you will never get good service here. Staff has no service mind. The front staff will not leave their table. If you have any questions or problems, they will not help. They will ask you to go to the lobby and tell them again. No phone in room so there’s no way to contact them unless find the phone number in google. However, when you leave a message and waiting their feedback, they will not call you back. ☹️👎👎👎 There’s NO wifi in room, the technician came to check and told us that they can’t fix. The front staff offered us a full refund but we never get it. Besides, breakfast was very disappointing. Less choices and again staff has not ready to service. 🫤 few staff only stood at the egg station and watched you walked around.
