    The staff are very friendly, restaurant food delicious 😋 good value, great swimming pool, room clean, bed comfortable, location very quiet 🤫, love it 😀 .

    On arrival we was forced into paying and extra 450 bhat per night for an extra bed for my son which I never asked for ! We booked the Superior King on the Agoda website as it clearly stated this is the room we required and my child stays for free in the same beds that’s what I wanted and payed for only to be held to ransom by the hotel who forced us to pay for it or lose my booking and money. I supplied all evidence of my booking to reception and asked for the manger they still refused to budge. I contacted Agoda who seem to have sided with the hotel as my last email was to say they’re waiting on a reply from the hotel and that will be the final decision I can tell you now Agoda this won’t be the final decision as all the evidence I have for my booking and the receipt kept for money my menace as I will call this and will be taking this matter to as far as I can take it get reimbursed. The hotel staff was dreadful no one goes there anymore and I can see why the staff are simply not interested in anything. We went to the Livist for breakfast and dinner and drinks as the hotel and staff are far superior in every ways. Shame I couldn’t give 0 stars
