Check in was not easy, the code provided didn’t work, the wait time between any sort of response was frustrating. The explanation of how to access the unit was not completely accurate. There was a lot of dirty spots in the bedroom by the bed and the couch in the living room had crumbs and dirt In piles behind the cushions. The best part about this unit was the location. I walked to everything and felt very safe. Lots of restaurants and a market all within walking distance.

Check in and check out were easy with the use of smart locks. Manager was very responsive to text, and fixed an odor problem immediately. Meeting room on M level was great for having small meetings outside of the convention. Well situated so I was within 1-2 blocks of all convention dinner meetings. Includes a parking pass for the adjacent open lot, which is a nice bonus.

My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend away, and we had a great time. The property was very clean, and the bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. Communication with the host was good, though the check-in process was a bit complicated — there were quite a few emails to keep track of, and some links weren’t active. While there wasn’t much attention to detail, all of our needs were met, and the overall experience was positive.
