Our 3-bedroom, 2 Bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation

Pool is 12'x34' and up to 6' deep.
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage / Parking:
* Two cars can park in the garage, and up to two cars can fit in the driveway
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

This property is located in an ideal location. Close to the Fisherman's Village, easy access to north and south Tamiami Trail. Beautiful views of the canal. The house was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet.We would definitely stay here again.

This home had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Beds were comfy. The pool and lanai was very nice. Plenty of towels too! The beach chairs were nice to have to go to the beach with. Location was close enough to downtown, but far enough away for quiet walks.

Great Location. Office was immediately responsive to the questions we had upon arrival. Quiet neighborhood with nearby access to both Fisherman’s Village and Downtown Punta Gorda. House was nice. I would recommend it.
