Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Up to two cars can fit in the driveway
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

The location of the property is wonderful and the neighborhood is very quiet! My husband was in heaven with the grill setup.

Set up well for families with master king on one side of the house and another king room as well as a room with 2 beds on the other. Pool area was great though the grill could use a little work. Liked see fish at night with underwater dock lights at the neighbors and wished they had them here.very attentive property management company for your needs. Overall a great family vacation!

We rented this slice of heaven for February and March and had friends and family visit. The house had everything we could possibly need! Pool was wonderful and outdoor area has so much seating and a television … we loved the lanai and spent most of the time there. Excellent property!

We loved this house! The description of this home doesn't do it justice. It was beautifully maintained, decorated, and met all of our needs. Robyn was the perfect hostess who promptly responded to the few questions that we did have. She was most helpful on attractions, restaurants and things to do while staying in Punta Gorda. Perfection all around, we hope to be able to return soon.Thanks for everything, Robyn
