This home has a private dock to tie your boat up so you can begin your boating day at a moments notice. The canal offers easy access to Port Charlotte, Boca Grande and of course the Gulf of Mexico.
There are two kayaks and three bikes available for guest use here as well! Easily ride bikes to downtown Punta Gorda, or enjoy a leisurely kayak in the canals.

Boat on lift -The boat is the Owners personal boat and is not available for usage. Please do not attempt to operate the lift or boat.
Garage: two car garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional Cost will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
