chose for proximity to naval air museum for a graduation ceremony. liked fenced in yard for our dog, even though he was unable to make it due to a medical event that happened while we were en route. asked for a refund on the pet fee but was denied:( otherwise, it was what we expected

The property is new construction, and we found it to be average for a few reasons. Upon arrival, the bathroom mats had not been washed. Cleanliness in other areas was not up to par. We also discovered German cockroaches in the kitchen, which the property manager finally addressed after the third day. No offer to refund cleaning fee was made, unfortunately. We have stayed in other Vacasa properties that were much cleaner and more comfortable furniture wise.
