Enjoy watching the stars come out around your own private firepit - that's just the start of potential fun to be had at this lovely home. Decorated in beach whites and colorful beach-inspired touches, guests will find it easy to relax in this friendly home. Central air-conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside, and guests can enjoy relaxing on the screened-in patio featuring a ceiling fan. Visiting dogs can run around in the enclosed backyard! The open kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, and there's even a prep island and a dishwasher to help with your cooking process. There's room to bring the whole family along to this relaxing home. Guests will have access to the community playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts within the subdivision. Not to mention, the two kayaks with life vests and paddles, four adult bikes with helmets, and a red beach wagon provided will allow everyone to have their own kind of adventure in the sunshine. When it is time to settle in for the night, the smart TV will be perfect for streaming favorite movies and shows before hitting the hay on the Sleep Number mattresses!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Security cameras are installed on the front porch covering the yard and driveway, as well as a doorbell camera, and a camera in the back of the home. They do not record sound and will not record when guests are at the home. However, the owner will receive notifications from ADT if the doors are left open for more than 10 minutes or if a window is shattered.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
