    Overall experience was ok. 1. Staff is much supportive and with positive attitude, behave very well. 2. location is good, near to all places. 3. Room was neat and clean. lighting need to improve to improve ambiance. 4. Food was ok, issue with timing. ordered late night than quality was not so good.

    1. Room was clean and quite. 2. Behaviour of all the staff was very nice. 3. Quality of food was great. 4. Room service was very good. 5. Staff was helpful in clarifying and resolving all the queries. I would recommend you to stay in this hotel.

    We stayed for 2 days. Overall, it was a relatively pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent — close to shopping areas, eateries, and convenience stores. However, a few areas could be improved: Noise at night: This was our main concern — there were sounds coming from above throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep. Room service food: The food could be improved in terms of both quality and promptness. With a few improvements, the stay could be much more comfortable. Thank you.
