    New property and was reasonably clean. Decent staff. Lift is not available. Vehicle access till hotel is difficult.

    The room was not properly maintained. There were bed bugs (khatmal), cockroaches, and termites (dimak) in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The electricity also went off repeatedly. Whenever the power was out, the AC stopped working, and the TV also could not be used. This made the stay even more inconvenient, especially at night. Overall, the cleanliness, pest control, and basic facilities need significant improvement. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly resolved.
