This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers the perfect holiday, just a short stroll from the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the peace and relaxation of coastal living while being close to the vibrant amenities of Malua Bay.
Step inside and feel at home with a cozy fireplace that’s perfect for the cooler evenings. The open living spaces are ideal for family gatherings and relaxation. The four well-sized bedrooms provide plenty of room for everyone, and the three bathrooms make getting ready for the beach or heading out to dinner a breeze.
Nearby you will find Lilli Pilli Beach, for those sunny days. Plus, you’re just a quick drive away from Malua Bay, where you can visit Sandy Foot Café for a bite to eat, pick up your groceries at IGA, savor a dinner meal at Raymond’s Chinese, or take care of errands at the post office and nearby hairdressers.
This home is the ideal spot for a laid-back beach getaway with all the conveniences you need right at your doorstep.
Bedroom 1 is the room in which Princess Diana slept when she was a guest of the owner, Governor General Sir James Rowland. This was in February, 1981.

The property was perfect for our stay. Being avid bushwalkers and beach goers, it was everything we wanted. Nestled beautifully between the bush and the ocean, our stay wanted us looking for houses to buy in this area. So serene. So much wildlife, bush walking tracks, beaches up the coastline and mogo zoo and Batemans bay centre not too far a2ay. Overall very enjoyable
