The property was wonderful for two families - separate levels each with balcony, huge tvs, recliner lounges etc. Beds and bathrooms were great. The sea and beach views were superb. Unfortunately the lounge room lighting had a major malfunction on our second evening and the emergency electrician advised us not to use it for the rest of our stay. There were a couple of other maintenance problems which need to be fixed. They detracted from our overall satisfaction. Once the maintenance issues are attended to, I would have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars.

House was better than expected very roomy and well equipped. To wake to the sound of crashing waves and be able to walk to the beach were a bonus

Many issues with this house. Owner needs to fix up several issues in the third bathroom including smelliness, sharp handled taps which cut my fingers, lack of fan and heat lights, basin not draining properly, ancient bins and towel rack, wonky toilet seat; as well as replace glass and sliding doors that don't currently work leading onto balconies; fix laundry door; add a dryer and fix washing lines. Had to contact property manager to find access to WIFI code, garage door and fix a few things. Responsive by phone but rarely to emails.For these disappointing issues I would give 1 star out of 5.For position and views and cleanliness, I would give this property 4 stars out of 5.We would not pay more money than we did until the above issues are rectified.
