IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a self check in process with keys kept in a nearby convenience store which is about a 5 min walk away down the baywalk or a short drive away. Please be sure to plan accordingly.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Very basic property that "does the job". Only supplied with 1 set of keys although 2 guests and no guest guide supplied so you just had to work everything out yourself like kinding pool or rubbish shoot.Also a 500 bond was placed on credit card however i do not recall being told about this.
