Fantastic 5 BD Pool Near Disney Resort Perks

Roupas de cama, banho e utensílios da casa de boa qualidade. Casa muito bem equipada. Condomínio silenciosos e aparentemente seguro.

O serviço de coleta de lixo do condomínio era razoável. O lixo, devidamente ensacado, aparecia constantemente revirado e com sacos furados. Os chuveiros poderiam ser mais potentes e a limpeza da casa na entrega poderia ser melhor. Alguns utensílios domésticos e detalhes da casa estavam quebrados. Poderia haver instruções para uso do ar condicionado/aquecedor, fogão/forno e máquina de lavar louça e roupas.

The area of the home was absolutely beautiful.The home was beautifully built and decorated.The problem was the home was not cleaned fully. Walls to the home were filthy. Floors were nasty never mopped.No bathrooms were cleaned properly. The toilets and tubs needed to be cleaned. No toilet paper no strips on the toilet. No garbage bags no paper towels no soap.The Garbage was not removed before we got to the home so garbage bein outside of the home was full.No garbage bags provided for the kitchen or any kitchen supplies as far as soap sponge or anything.The dishes were dirty pulling from the cabinet. The game room table had marks or some sort of stain on the table .The pool needed a net. There was bugs in the pool. The screen of the pool was torn. The pool deck needed to be cleaned we tried to sweep and spray with hoes .The fans outside did not work.The bbq grill was broken on arrival and I called no one would come out until Monday.Our check out day so the bbq grill was not able to be used. We asked to have a cleaning lady come to the house but only provided what she had I greatly appreciated it .I also explained to her a few beds had stains on sheets n blankets this was an absolute mess.family came in just to clean before we could enjoy and cleaned before we left the home.The booking lady was no help at all. From the pictures provided and the location of this home I was expecting a peaceful weekend in a clean environment my weekend was on the phone most of the time trying to send pictures and dealing with the agency calling them several times about the problems.I would not recommend this home plus I'm getting charged my deposit for the damages that was already told to the agency upon arrival about the home absolutely unacceptable.

I provided some pictures to prove but could not provide all it's only a limited number of four pictures as you can see the toilets were not cleaned neither were the tubs the damage to the grill and stains on bed I have plenty more photos this is completely unacceptable I will not be booking ever again from booking.com
