The size is good for a large family

The poor communication from Bruna. When we arrived there was not any information about the property in terms of how things worked. We arrived on the Saturday and the pool wasn’t cleaned til the Sunday so couldn’t use it. There was not a net provided until I complained for days as we needed to get insects out the pool one turned up eventually. I specifically asked about the games room equipment as one review said the pool table was broken. I was assured it was fixed ! This was not the case and so the pool table and ice hockey table were broken and not fixed. The large fridge has a cold water function and ice making this was also broken. I complained several times and was told it had been checked and was fine. Again this was not the case and was fixed 3 days before we came home. The day it was fixed we came back after a day out to find 2 workmen that had taken the fridge apart all over kitchen floor and it took 2 hours. The whole time the freezer had to be left open so our frozen food had melted. None of the sockets in the bathrooms work so you couldn’t use a mirror to dry hair. On one occasion that Bruna bothered to answer the message said her staff were training for 2 days and so nobody could help us. I dread to think what would have happened if there was an emergency!! The air conditioning in the room downstairs doesn’t work so it’s like sleeping in an oven. I have been booking with booking. Com for 20 years plus and never had a problem. What I will say is that Bruna is very responsive when you are booking but doesn’t seem to care at all once you have paid !
