as much as it is based on security measures. it would be useful to get a lockbox closer to the place

Very neat and clean. Location is good. Safe. Offered all the basic needs. Also got coffee,tea, milk and cooking oil. Wifi and TV. The shower heads surprised us as they have lights. Towels were also provided.

Shower door is loose, towel rail is broken. Only one set op keys given. So we couldn’t access the building when the one with the key was not present. Understand its a safety measure. The coach is uncomfortable. Noisy tenants in other rooms

Good location, spacious

1. No aircon or fan. When windows were open in the evening, mosquitos were around. 2. The smell of weed being smoked by others in the adjacent units. Terrible smell. Was not good for me as I do have a sinus problem. 3. Reception...not friendly. When I asked a question about the disc, I was told speak to my agent. I don't have any contact person name. Reception require training. 4. Security is poor, or lacking. As there are 2 entrances, anyone with disk could come into the building. When I went to the nearby shop. Maintenances personnel came to my unit unannounced. This is dangerous as it could be anyone. 5. We were 3 adults, with only 1 disk and 1 key. It was a lot of inconvenience. 6. There were 3 cockroaches in the unit, different times. It may be difficult to control, but I recommend some simple disfectiion spray, like target. 7. I received about 20 emails about the booking. It was difficult to print all. We need a simple page with information. When I went to fetch the key, the code was given in the top, but the box number towards the end. It was a battle to get the key. Key procedure should be like this: 1. Address to pick key: Xxxxxxxxxx 2. At the key pick up box: Find box G Enter 4 digit code 3. Press button on extreme left Etc Must have number, not composition. 8. No intercom to reception or security. No panic button.

The place was nice and clean had all the necessary facilities needed to make the stay comfortable. It is central and made it easy to walk around at times and not having to drive especially in Town as parking is always a struggle. The pool area is beautiful and the view from the roof top at night is breath taking.

The fire alarm going off at anytime and then you not sure what is happening.
