Casa spaziosa, situata in zona tranquilla. Il proprietario molto disponibile e chiarissimo per comunicare le istruzioni al nostro arrivo/partenza. Buona la pulizia in generale e le dotazioni di biancheria. La casa dispone di due stanze matrimoniali ed una singola, di due bagni oltre ad un bel salone ed a una cucina. Posto TOP

The house is very big and in a quiet street, private parking and an automatic gate. In Summer, we were happy that two rooms has A/C but one room with the single bed (1Person) didn't have an AC and it was impossible to sleep there. the person slept in the living room instead. The house has all you need basic kitchenware,few cups , pots, there was no dishwasher soap and a very old stinky dish rag. We bought new sponges and washed the rag for future use. The house has wifi but the signal doesn't reach upstairs where the bedrooms are located. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are good. We didn't use the jacuzzi. The house is close to a supermarket called Conad, is close to pharmacy, cafes, hair dresser etc, by car. close to the highway.

As mentioned above, one room with the single bed (1Person) didn't have an AC and it was impossible to sleep there. the person must slept on the couch in the living room instead It is not mentionned that the neighbours live in the same property and have the same gate to enter. I informed the owner before Booking that I travel with my dog, therefore I am in need of an all fenced garden. This wasn't the case. in the bush was a big hole, where my dog left. The host on whatsapp claimed that I didn't inform that I come with a dog which wasn't true. We weren't informed that there was maintenance at the pool, we saw only because there were "strangers" at the pool and asked them. We didn't like it so much as there were people living right next door in the house. It is not mentioned and nor was it told. When asking this to the host on whatsapp (different than the people on booking.com chat), he was kinda rude and saying it is his property. The host on whatsapp was responsive to all needs, but very naggy. even we had our Italian friend talked to him, he shouldn't worry about us throwing a party or smoking etc, he wasnt very polite, and keep telling us what to do. he told us to put the trash out of the street even there were cleaning ladies coming. We separated the trash very carefully as this is the law in Italy. Important for next guests. if you order at amazon.it the delivery man could not find the address and my orders were cancelled 3 times. The host couldn't help with it. There was a power off in the late evening, we were lucky that it turned on after a few minutes, the host told us that it can happen because there were works in the street. There is a tourist tax to pay 1,50€ per person per day which we had to leave in cash on the table when leaving, not knowing if the hosts get it or not. We were asked to send in everyone's passport instead of the main responsible who booked the accomodation.
