Tranquillità del posto.

In uno dei due bagni non c’è la doccia. Inoltre il riscaldamento dello spazio dell Villa riservato agli ospiti non è sufficientemente riscaldato (considerando che abbiamo alloggiato a fine novembre).

The communication with our host was excellent before, during and after our stay. He was very kind and helpful , and even stayed up to greet us when we got in late. The apartment is easy to find with the host’s instructions and google map link. The apartment is spacious , full of light and the garden is very nice. While not newly remodeled, the apartment is very clean and comfortable . The kitchen has much of what you would need ( please note there is no coffee machine) The rooms upstairs are a good size and one has a huge closet. Please note that one room does not have a door , but is simply around a corner so privacy is not an issue. There are two bathrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs ) with two toilets but only one shower downstairs. We had an issue with one of the house systems and our host took care of it immediately ! La tranquillità del giardino e meraviglioso e bellissimo curato con cuore , incanto di colori fiorati la gentilezza, accoglienza del proprietario , mi ha commosso piacevolmente perché è stato premuroso come un nonno sapendo che è fresco e noi abbiamo bimbi al nostro ritorno da Roma la casa l’abbiamo trovata caldissima ❤️ ❤️❤️ .

Lo spazio esterno molto bello e grande soprattutto la jacuzzi in giardino davvero una perla di relax. Casa super attrezzata di tutti i comfort, abbiamo trovato anche il barbecue. Struttura abbastanza pulita. Proprietario disponibile e gentile

Non adatta a chi non è amante degli animali, poiché il guardino è abitato da tanti gatti. Sistema di climatizzazione non proprio all'avanguardia in quanto è presente un solo condizionatore in tutta la casa posizionato anche male. Fornelli del gas con fiamma debole e nel bagno del piano terra l'acqua esce con poca pressione.
