ULTRA joyful apartment perfect for families

The location was perfect for the beach and other things like bars and restaurants. There was also a coffee shop next door and a small supermarket.

Great location, love how it had two bedrooms two baths.

The tv in the living room would not work and had no internet. Host said she fixed it and still didn’t work. Just wanted to watch live tv in the mornings and evening. Never would work. The furnace was extremely loud in the second bedroom. Had to use a key to unlock the key pad and then leave it under the mat out side when we left so host could come fix the light switch, key pad and tv. Key pad and TV never got fixed during our stay.

Location and proximity to beach

First if you book with a third party like booking.com it does not tell you that Ultra Blue charges $35 a day for parking. Second the room was not very clean and had some damages. When night fall came we noticed we did not have any wash rags to wash with in the shower or enough blankets. We called them a little after 6 and at first she did not know what a wash rag was, second they tried saying they do not provide them. I called bs as they provide body wash, shampoo and towels too dry off with. She then told me they should be hanging up in the bathroom, but apparently call them face towels. I explained they are not and they told me there was nothing they could do tonight. That is bull crap to not have any wash rags or enough blankets and not come fix the situation tonight. I told them I expect money back since we did not get what we are supposed to have. Renter be ware. Also I sent messages to request a specific check in time and accommodations 10 days before check in. I even called 3 days before check in and they said they did not receive the request. The morning of my check in I finally got a response. That's ridiculous.
