Location was excellent for access to boardwalk and beach. Managers were very friendly and gave us information about areas to see.

The fence between our unit neighbor was in much need of repair. Looked quite unattractive on other side of fence with lots of animals.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful location, great vacation!

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean, very modern and very comfortable. It was steps away from the beach and restaurants. The owner was available for any questions and checked up to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was nicely stocked with coffee, kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Looking forward to staying there again at our next trip.

It would have been great if the property had its own designated parking however there are plenty areas to park and the owner advised us if several options available. We saved a lot from taking her advice and purchasing a parking pass with the city of Hollywood.

The apartment is very spacious, modern, clean and is well equipped with all needed. I loved it. The rates compared to hotels around are fair as well. I already booked for the summer.

The only thing I can say is parking not being on property/public parking only.

We had a good stay…

My friends and I had a great time and overall we were happy with the Pearl Beachside… I was disappointed with the view (it was on a small sidewalk that looked onto the wall of air conditioners on the next building)… and although pictures showed what looked like it was on the beach it was across the street from the beach… there was a little porch with a couple of chairs that if you were lucky enough to snag before someone else you could get a little view of the beach… the location was excellent and if the pictures on the website would have shown this we wouldn’t have thought much about it but we were expecting something different… the bed was ok and the sofa bed was horrible… the man who takes care of it was very nice and helpful and got us extra everything when we asked…

We loved the Pearl and the location on the beach. we just wish that we had more time to stay longer.

The Pearl is in the perfect location within just a few steps to the Broadwalk, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The suites are adorable and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. Jackie was excellent, always nice and eager to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. We called Jackie and they had the door unlocked for us in just a matter of minutes. I will definitely consider staying here again if I’m coming to the Hollywood Beach area.
