Es un departamento bien amplio, ubicado en el centro histórico y frente a la marina (cala) de Pelermo. Perfecto para una pareja con hijos. Tenía una pequeña cocina equipada y aire acondicionado. El edificio cuenta con ascensor (cosa que no es obvia en instalaciones antiguas). Stefanía, la anfitriona nos atendió muy bien, nos dio datos de lugares, estacionamiento (un tema en italia) y hasta nos llevó a la playa porque ella hace otros servicios para turistas (como traslados).
