Location is very good, right next to the Avenida metro and walking distance still anywhere in the center. Solid value for money as well, and apartment is well equipped. Great staff taking care of the property too.
Toilet did get easily clogged but was repaired swiftly.

Great location, spacious and very comfortable. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The metro is just across the street and in the first floor there’s a n Aldi and many coffee shops.
Just to say something , needs hangers to hang the towels in the bathrooms.

La ubicación, el trato de los dueños, la amplitud del piso, la comodidad de las camas y del salón.
Los desagües no funcionaban todos correctamente, había puertas y armarios que sus bisagras sonaban mucho tanto en la apertura como en el cierre, la cisterna emitía un ruido bastante molesto cuando se cargaba y creo que es necesario un retoque a los suelos, puertas de duchas, un mantenimiento general para que la estancia sea ideal.
