Great apartment and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was in a nice modern development about one kilometre away from the beach. It was nicely decorated with a large smart TV. The bathroom was very spacious with a good shower. Much better than a hotel room.

Ordentliches Apartment in guter Lage, empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung in einer neuen, sicheren Wohnanlage mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Zugang zum Haus per Code, Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage per Fernbedienung. Die Fußgängerzone und die Seebrücke sind zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. Da wir nachts bei offenem Fenster zur Wohnanlage hin geschlafen haben, haben wir keinen Straßenlärm gehört. Im Sommer kann dies jedoch bei geöffnetem Schlafzimmerfenster anders sein.

Etwas umständlich ist, dass man bei der Ankunft erst in die Wohnung gehen muss, um die Fernbedienung für das Tiefgaragentor zu holen. Es gibt nämlich keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe, auf dem man kurz anhalten kann. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war relativ klein (vermutlich 140 cm) und es gab kaum Platz, um auf die andere Seite des Bettes zu gelangen. Die Dusche war schlecht abgedichtet, so dass Wasser auf den Badezimmerboden lief. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war unbequem und die Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig – man hört Schritte aus der Wohnung darüber. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung könnte etwas besser sein - es lag Staub herum, der vor allem auf den schwarzen Oberflächen der Möbel und Tischplatten gut zu sehen war. In der Küche gab es keine Geschirrtücher und kaum Putzmittel Es gab lediglich zwei Töpfe und nur einen Glasdeckel. Auch eine Salatschüssel gab es nicht. Die Tellersets waren unvollständig. Eine Mikrowelle gehört nicht zur Küchenausstattung – wäre aber nützlich. Einige Stunden nach unserer Abreise erhielten wir eine E-Mail vom Vermieter, in der uns vorgeworfen wurde, eine Glasscheibe über der Küchenspüle (die vor unserer Ankunft angeblich noch intakt war) beschädigt zu haben. Diese Unterstellung hat uns sehr geärgert, weil wir definitiv weder eine Glasplatte beschädigt haben, noch an der genannten Stelle eine solche bemerkt haben. Anstatt den Gast zu Unrecht zu beschuldigen, wäre es angebracht, künftig bei An- und Abreise eine Wohnungsübergabe durchzuführen.
