I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The location is ideal — close to key attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service!

Ive stayed in a lot of hotels in my time . Some focused on the running and maintenance of the hotel as a business perhaps in some cases to the detriment of the guest . I am happy to to report that this hotel focuses on guest comfort and satisfaction to a degree I have never seen before in any of the hotels I have stayed in here in Sri Lanka . The room cleaners are very thorough and always greet you each morning with a "hello" . The Hotel Reception has a big smile on his face when I see him and will negotiate any tuk tuks for you to give you the best price . The Restaurant Manger takes customer satisfaction to another level as he roams the dining area every meal time making it his job to attend to the smooth running of the place and proactively inquiring of each guest how their dining experience is and how he might assist. In Summary I would strongly recommend this hotel to any traveler in Sri Lanka and in turn I offer my personal thanks to the staff there tat have made it so enjoyable for me .

I recently had a wonderful stay here. The service was good from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was spotlessly clean both in the room and common area. The bathroom amenities were impressive and well maintained.
The indoor pool was the standout feature and an absolute highlight.
The one area that could use some improvement is the food. There should be more variety to choose and focus on enhancing the flavors.
Overall it was a relaxing and pleasant getaway if they refine their food offerings, this hotel could easily become an unbeatable option in this area.
