Nous sommes restés 10 jours en juillet. emplacement proche de la gare de Milano central idéale rayonner autour de Milan en train (brescia, bergame, Pavie...) Multiples commerces à la gare dont supermarché. Récupération des clefs par boitier toujours un peu délicat mais instructions claires. calme/rue car au 4eme. Pas eu de problème de voisinage. facilité de communication par WhatsApp avec le propriétaire. réactivité du propriétaire : a remplacé la machine a café cassée rapidement. climatisation efficace indispensable à la période ou nous avons résidé. Chaleur dans le couloir et dans la rue. propriétaire facilitant pour notre départ tardif. Quartier sécurisé en journée. la nuit je ne sais pas. Gardien en journée dans le hall. Internet ok. Espace extérieur peu utilisable car canicule en juillet. Conforme aux photos/description.
Manque un épluche légume mais je pense que si on l'avait demandé on nous l'aurai fourni. porte du bac a glaçons cassée. le réfrigérateur faisait peu de froid sans pouvoir objectiver la température. Attention à la taxe de séjour à régler en liquide en plus du règlement booking.
