Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cette maison, parfaitement adaptée pour un groupe multigénérationnel. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée, et la terrasse est un vrai plus (nous avons même pu y assister à l'éclipse !). L'emplacement à Colònia de Sant Pere est également un gros atout : une ambiance vraiment agréable et authentique, avec des plages familiales à proximité. Joachim a été un propriétaire très accueillant et arrangeant, à l'écoute tout au long du séjour.
Le seul bémol concerne l'absence de climatisation — avec les fortes chaleurs estivales, ce serait un vrai plus à l'avenir. Les ventilateurs fournis permettent de bien gérer en attendant.
