The cottage is very nice and quite cosy and has a nice view across the (industrial) harbour. The kitchen is fully equipped and we also played some of the board games available. Our son appreciated the ('vintage') playstation ;-). Vestmanna is a good location to explore other parts of the islands. The position by the water is nice, though not quite as idyllic as the pictures suggested.
Communication with the owner was efficient, but a bit more information on the house and how it worked or on the surroundings would have been appreciated. The beds are rather soft which is not to everybody's taste. It was a shame that the hottub outside was not included. Unfortunately the weather meant that we could not really make use of the nice balcony & terrace.

Skønt hus med fint køkken. Der var vaskemaskine, men den benyttede vi ikke.
Det ville være dejligt med lidt flere vinglas - der var kun ét - de behøver ikke være ens😉
P.s toilettet løber.

Right on the water, lovely cottage.
Access to the unit is through a steep little passage so fyi in case you have mobility issues.
