The apartment was incredibly clean and in a great location, about 5 or 6 minutes from the harbor. Also, it is close to groceries stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. The parking spot was nice and close to the entrance. The host was communicative and helpful.
I'm quite tall but the toilet was a bit high off the ground, so a little foot stool would have helped with comfort. Additionally, I was a bit worried about paying cash upon arrival, but the host was kind and brought a printed receipt when she came to collect the money.

Sofaen er brugt op, man sidder ikke godt i den. Der kunne også godt være en lænestol. Der mangler nyere hovedpuder (ikke memoryskumpuder)

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Färöer absolut top. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet – genau richtig, wenn man eine komfortable Basis für Ausflüge sucht. Der Self-Check-in über Code an der Tür funktioniert unkompliziert. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Innenstadt von Tórshavn sowie Bushaltestellen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

The house was presented to us very clean. I like the view from the dining area. It overlooks the harbour and the grass roof of the neighbour. The kitchen has everything I need. Rooms are just right, not too cold. There are no heaters but the rooms are cozy enough. The house is bright with lots of windows. . Wifi is good. The water pressure is sufficient. Host is very prompt to our requests for help. It is within a short drive to SMS mall.
Driving instruction by booking indicated 13A, which is NOT. It is 13B. There are 3 units in 13B (the white house). The apartment is on the top floor, by staircase only. There is no staircase landing before the door. The shared area seems to be still in a state of construction. Shared washer machine was very dirty so we did not use it. The parking spaces were uneven gravel. The area leading into the main door is not level but sloped with gravel. Shower drainage has backflow and drainage sluggish.
