The Kensington Place - Unico Residences

The apartment is clean and bright. The kitchen was fully equipped, the microwave and kettle were good enough for us to heat meals and make hot beverages. Good thing the apartment has a washing machine especially during the rainy weather. The beds were comfy and the heating was also good. The location is good due to closeness to the underground station and easily accessible to the rest of the city. The instructions to get there and for self check-in was clear and easy to follow.. Sami is very helpful and responsive to queries. Overall a very good experience.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lifts, so it was a pain to carry the huge luggages up the steep steps. Not recommended for those with elderly or those with mobility constraints. There is only one toilet and bath/shower, so need to have patience for everyone to use it, especially in the mornings. The 2 double bedrooms are a good size, however the smaller single bedroom is tiny, but nice and cosy.
